One Day Meditation Camp in Nepal

On 25 May 2024, One day meditation camp was organized by Aatm Jagriti Mission Nepal (part of Self Awakening Mission) at Koteshwer Arpan Banquet. The meditation program was conducted by Sanjiv Malik. Sanjiv Malik is a well-known social worker, life coach, mind power trainer, parenting expert, NLP certified, motivational speaker. He is also a past life regression therapist who has more than 2 million subscribers on you tube channel. The program was inaugurated by Hon’ble Krishna Prasad Sitaula (Former Deputy Prime minister & Home Minister of Nepal). The session was started with guru bandana, aura cleaning followed by guided meditation, positive affirmation session and interaction (question answer) session etc. Participants were blessed with concentration techniques, seven chakra activation techniques with own experiences etc. In this programme team member Nitu Sharma, Roshan Sharma, Santa Upreti, Kopila Shivakoti, Mukund Lamichhane were specially honored for their services.
